In California it is a process. There is timedepending on where you are in the foreclosure process. But there’s no time to dilly dally or wait around. Oftentimes, emergency court procedures need to be taken in order to avoid a foreclosure sale, and usually we end up selling the house before the foreclosure sale can commence in order to get the higher sales price you’ll get for selling a house at of probate, as opposed to selling it in foreclosure.
