Biography
Gadi Zohar, Esq., is an experienced probate and estate planning lawyer in Palo Alto, California. He has been practicing probate, estate planning, and estate administration law exclusively since 2010. His practical advice and personalized solutions meet each client's unique needs.
While his hand is in all services provided by Radiant Probate & Estate Law, Inc., Gadi’s primary focus is on the court supervised probate process. He has experienced probate from both sides of the bench, having interned for the probate court in law school, and later acting as the attorney for executors and estate administrators in court. He has represented executors in many California counties, helping his clients with routine issues like proper government agency notifications, and stressful situations like preventing foreclosure sales on estate real property. His unique background as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist* can be invaluable when navigating family issues that often arise during probate. While he does everything he can to avoid litigation, he also has experience with contested probate matters like will contests and challenges to heirship rights.
Gadi believes that well prepared legal instruments are essential to avoiding contested estate administration and probate matters. "Well prepared" means not only that the documents are legally sound, but also that they are likely to lead to a smooth process of estate administration. This philosophy is the underpinning of the estate planning services provided by Radiant Probate & Estate Law, Inc.
